Over a career spanning 35 years, I’ve developed extensive hands on experience at virtually all aspects of the operation of small and large business and profit centers (both local and multi state), from ‘start ups’ to ‘turnaround’ operations, and have conducted training sessions in Human Resources, sales, customer services, small business management and staffing. During this time I’ve hired hundreds of employees, disciplined, counseled and mentored countless others (with some terminations).

My leadership roles have taken me to Fortune 500 companies, small localized businesses, educational institutions, and the direction of outside and inside sales, in house and field customer service and technical installations team members. I have held leadership positions (Regional Manager, District Manager, General Manager, Sales Manager and Director) in industries as diverse as transportation services, security, fire and access control, lighting and electrical supplies, appliances, insurance and education.

I received my Masters degree in public management from the University of New Mexico and achieved certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Through my experiences on ‘both sides of the table’, I’ve developed a passionate view about people and conducting business. I believe that integrity is just another word for who you are; your identity.
